the urban action poses by phases. The first phase occupies the most part free soil building, which allows, with minimal demolition prior to resettle the inhabitants of the next phase in the same Colony, currently in the demolition phase.

The specific planning of the scope defined for the initial phases of a rectangular block of 110×22 m wide, with floor + four floors and two penthouses recessed in all their alignments, except in the north, where they are allowed the seven sites in the alignment.

Given the social nature of the intervention and the baggy area available, the premium to get the maximum surface area for housing, which leads to distribute the housing in two parallel blocks with the main rooms arranged in a comb on the outer facades and the servant spaces to the interior patio. All homes, with cross ventilation, turn to the street as in the corralas original.

The facade is formally simple, with the only distortion introduced by the openings of the façade and the balconies alternate with plants, made with drawers and balusters metal in black color.

Plants attic in north are marked with a texture change, of SATE to ventilated facade with corrugated sheet, keeping the color of the façade.

The facades to the courtyard is made with a solution of ventilated façade with metal cladding sheet minionda grey. In the air chamber of 25cm is introduced to all the building facilities (mechanical removal, boilers, downspouts, water supplies, gas...) that nourish the bathrooms and kitchens of all the houses.
